Interior Design

We create smart spaces that enhance the architectural framework of your home. We see human and technical challenges as a new opportunity to design a layout that suits you, bringing functional and creative solutions to your queries.
We act as your conduit to create from your own personal vision a design perfectly executed we can also, on request, manage the administrative procedures (declaration, ERP opening…) so you can focus on what’s essential.

Our approach

Preliminary meeting

During a first meeting on site, we collect informations about your lifestyle, tastes, budget and constraints to understand your project. Following this interview, you’ll receive a contract proposal.

Once the measures have been taken, we provide two versions of draft plans as the first line of thought.

Basic preliminary design

When you have validated the main lines of the project, we dive into aesthetic details and technical questions. We provide plans, sketches and 3D rendering to help you visualize the result. This is also when we provide a budget estimate.

Detailed preliminary design

With the help of samples and/or showroom visits, we finalize the last elements. We also refine the technical report for the final costing.

Assessment & global budget

We describe you the different providers’ quotations and help you compare offers and make savvy choices.

Worksite supervision

We are your eyes onsite, we coordinate and supervise the various actors onsite and ensure that your project is implemented according to the plans and defined deadlines. Regular meetings will be held to keep you informed on the project progression.

Technical side

As examples of what we do, here are different graphic supports that we realize.

Our fees

Full mission // From conception through to completion, our fees are based on a percentage of the project total cost.

Partial Mission // In the case you wish to assign us with only part of the missions stated above, our fees are calculated on a flat rate, based on the complexity of the project and the number of missions requested.
