Preliminary meeting
Establishing the first contact by phone, we gather some informations and schedule a meeting with you at the property.
Site visit
We will walk through the house with you and carefully evaluate the potential of the place. In the case of a purchase, we focus on quality and health of the venue. In the case of a sale, we focus on forming a stage plan that best suits your home’s unique features and strengths to trigger a crush from future buyers.
Debriefing & realization
We send a detailed report and submit our suggestions. If requested, we establish a cost estimate of the work and coordinate and supervise the whole project.

420€TTC for the site visit and a written report with our comments and suggestions.
